Home water distillers

The amount of water in the human body ranges from 50-75%. The average adult is 50-65% water, averaging around 57-60%. The percentage of water in infants is much higher, typically 75-78% water, dropping to 65% by one year of age. With our bodies being made up of water, it’s easy to see why it’s so important that we consume water regularly throughout the day.

Our tap water is treated with fluoride

Health advisors recommend anywhere between two to three litres of water a day and on particularly hot days, sometimes more. However when it comes to water, what we receive from our taps isn’t necessarily doing our body as much good as it should. For those who aren’t aware our drinking water we take from our taps is treated with fluoride. A chemical introduced we are told because of its ability to help fight cavities and prevent the onset of tooth decay, which has several negatives traits too.

Fluoride linked to thyroid, skeletal and dental fluorosis problems

After much scientific study, fluoride has unfortunately been linked to thyroid problems because of its counteractive nature when it meets iodine; the chemical our body uses to help our thyroid function normally. On top of this it has been proven to cause skeletal and dental fluorosis, a fluoride induced bone disease which can for our limbs mimic the symptoms of arthritis. With these facts in tow, just a few of its noted harmful traits, many are turning to home filtration systems. But what’s better for you, distilled or filtered?

Water filters don't remove fluoride, pesticides or herbicides

Filters, much like some HOME WATER distillers, can be purchased at a fairly reasonable cost, though in some cases you will find cheaper own brand versions, and is usually readily available from large supermarkets and many online retailers.Popular amongst family homes in the UK because of its ability to reduce chlorine in the water as well as improve the flavour, they aren’t however, much help when it comes to removing pesticides, herbicides and the horrid fluoride, which as we all know, is the biggest danger. So with filtered water we still seem to find ourselves stuck consuming a harmful chemical.

Home water distillers make water 99.8% pure

However, when it comes to Distilling Water at Home, it really does do the job and remove all harmful toxins and contaminants from the water. Heavily reducing fluoride, as well as killing any bacteria found in the water during the steaming process, it gives drinking water at its purest state; around 99.8%.

Distilled water helps to flush inorganic minerals from your bones

In spite of claims stating it removes minerals from the water, this couldn’t be further from the truth. What it does do however is help to flush inorganic minerals from your bones and joints that have already accumulated. Often alleviating arthritic and asthmatic symptoms, as well as improving the appearance of skin and giving you extra energy.
