Make Water Pure Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch your order on the same day by 4.00pm (Monday to Friday Only).

Water Distiller orders are sent with FedEx via Next Working Day Delivery service for orders made before 4.00pm, tracked and recorded for your convenience. You will receive a 1 hour delivery slot from our courier which is sent to you via text and/or email. You can also request for it to be left with a neighbour/in safe place by using FedEx notification system once your parcel has been dispatched.

The next day delivery service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to stock availability and demand.

Delivery is Monday to Friday from 9am til 6pm. Europe and International orders will vary in delivery time although typically it will take between 2-5 working days from time of dispatch.

If a parcel is small enough to fit through your letterbox, it may be delivered by Royal Mail 48hr service

If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, they may leave it with a neighbour, safe place, parcel shop or attempt to deliver on another day.

Next Day Delivery

To qualify for next day delivery your total order must be £99 or more and the destination must be within the U.K (see below).

Delivery to UK Mainland

UK mainland is defined as any UK address except the Highlands & Islands. UK mainland also excludes certain mainland postcodes (see list below)

(Areas not included in this section for UK mainland postage charges include the following range: PO30-41, BT, IM, TR21-25, IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH18-44, PH49-50, PA20-99, AB30-AB38, AB44-AB56, FK17 - FK21,  G83.)

Tracking

All orders are shipped using a tracking and recorded service. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email or sms with the tracking number which you can use to track its progress.

Delivery Coverage

We are able to ship worldwide. Please contact us via email for a quote on an international delivery if you are not within Europe or USA. Delivery costs for each European country will vary.
